This crazy application tells us about third party upgrades available but FAILS TO UPGRADE ITSELF.
It has been kicking around on my PCs for more than a decade and continues to use Internet Explorer for it's preferred browser.
It should really access the preferred browser of the PC Owner but if it must insist on over-riding this it could at least defer to the latest version of its preferred browser and if that is no longer supported then the replacement browser.
